Refund Policy

Our store accepts claims only when an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from its description. Requests based on a change of mind, personal preference, or selection of the wrong item are not accepted.

How to request review

Contact us within 30 days after delivery. Include the order number, checkout email, a clear explanation, and photographs or video of the item and packaging. Do not send anything back without authorization and return instructions.

Inspection and resolution

We review the supplied evidence and may inspect an authorized return. If approved, a refund is returned to the original payment method; posting time is controlled by the bank or payment provider. When a replacement is appropriate and stock is available, we will explain the replacement process.
