This policy explains fulfillment and delivery for items purchased from our store.

Processing and delivery estimates

We normally prepare confirmed orders in about 1–2 business days. Estimated transit is generally 2–4 business days after dispatch, but carrier schedules, weather, destination conditions, and peak demand can change timing. Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Free shipping applies only when it is shown as available during checkout.

Customer information and tracking

Please provide an accurate delivery address, email, and phone number. Tracking updates are sent when available; scans may take time to appear after a label is created.

Delivery problems and limits

For a delayed, lost, marked-delivered, returned, or damaged shipment, send us the order number, checkout email, tracking number, delivery address, and relevant photographs. Some destinations or items may have carrier or legal restrictions, and checkout will show whether delivery is available.
